At Waasita, we respect your privacy and provide you with the ability to control your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so easily through your profile page.
How to Delete Your Data
- Log in to Your Account:
- Visit the Waasita website or open the Waasita app.
- Log in using your credentials.
- Navigate to Your Profile Page:
- Once logged in, click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select “Profile” from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll to the Bottom of the Page:
- On your profile page, scroll down to the bottom.
- You will see the “Delete My Data” button.
- Delete Your Data:
- Click on the “Delete My Data” button.
- A confirmation prompt will appear, informing you that this action will permanently delete all your data, including your email, username, listings, favorites, and messages, with no recovery option.
- If you are sure, confirm the deletion.
Important Information
- Permanent Deletion: Once you confirm the deletion, all data related to your account will be permanently removed from our systems. This action cannot be undone, and your data cannot be recovered.
- What Will Be Deleted: The deletion process will remove all your personal information, including your email, username, active and inactive listings, saved favorites, and any messages you have sent or received.
- Processing Time: The deletion process may take a few moments. You will be logged out automatically once the deletion is complete.
